To return a fluff and whiskers product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at Info@fluffandwhiskers.co.uk and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: We can accept returns for print failure. Upon receiving your authorised return we will test the garment. If the garment has not been laundered to the garment instructions we would be unable to refund/replace.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. As all items are custom decorated with your designs we would not be able to replace for size issues. All of the available size information is on the site for each garment. If you are unsure what size to order please contact us. All garment colour and swatches are only approximate as all monitors display colour differently and can not accept returns on garment colour. However if the colour you have received is way off from how it displays on the site (ie; dark red instead of bright pink) we can refund/replace.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
